I'm going to change all upper case files into lower case versions and see if it solves anything.

Gekokujo (the only mod I can run with zero graphic glitches) has them all in lower case too, like native. For example if the game expects a file named Texture.dds but the file exists only as texture.dds, then it doesnt find it and considers it missing. Mount & Blade: Warband mod Released Jan 2021.
